Chris, a mechanical engineer, entrepreneur, auto/motorsport enthusiast, and family man is a leader with integrity and a vision for cutting-edge engineering solutions for Lupin Engineering Partners. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Minor in Business Administration, Chris has built a career defined by technical expertise and innovative problem-solving.
His professional journey spans across many industries includes pivotal roles at Aerojet Rocketdyne, L3Harris Technologies, and Cummins Inc., where he contributed to groundbreaking projects in aerospace tooling and testing design, rocket engine product definition, and advanced product development for the most reliable engines on the planet.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Chris is a long time gear-head and weekend racer whose just as driven on and off track. Chris is a devoted husband to Aliyah and a proud father. Together, they balance running a business and raising their family, finding joy in shared experiences and their mutual drive for success.
As an owner of Lupin Engineering Partners, Chris is driven to by passion for innovation and leading a product development startup grounded in accountability, adaptability, and passion.

Aliyah Germain is a project management powerhouse who thrives on bringing order to complexity—both in business and in life. But beyond the virtual office, Aliyah’s heart is with her family. As a mother of two, she sees parenthood as her most rewarding leadership role.
